Ope Wheat, 5% ABV

Light and crisp

American wheat brewed with half 2 row and half wheat, and hopped with Comet hops from Kansas Hop Co.

Mexican Lager, 5.5% ABV

Light and crisp with a hint of lime

Brewed with Vienna, German Pilsner, and flaked corn. Hopped with Hallertaur

Citra Double IPA, 7% ABV

Citrusy and Piney

Brewed with 11 lbs of Citra hops, and dry-hopped with another 11 lbs of Citra hops

Victor Street Hazy IPA, 6% ABV

Flavor and aroma of pineapple, citrus, and pine

Brewed for our new taproom on Victor Street with 2 Row, flaked barley, and oats. Hopped with Helios and Sultana.

Warrior Double IPA, 8% ABV

Smooth and light

Brewed with 11 lbs. of Warrior hops. And dry-hopped with another 11 lbs. of Warrior hops

Czech It, 5% ABV

Czech Pilsner

Collaboration with Tor Brewing. Brewed with all Czech malts, Czech Saaz hops, and fermented with Czech pilsner yeast

Irish Red, 6% ABV

Brewed with English and American malts, English hops and Irish ale yeast

Mendi’s Märzen 5.5% ABV

A light Oktoberfest

Brewed with Vienna, Victory, and White Wheat malt. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and fermented with German Kolsch yeast
